Gates open at 5.00pm. Come along, enjoy the building atmosphere, get something to eat and socialise with your friends over a few drinks.

With our support acts kicking things off at 6.15pm , don't be late! Our headline act is scheduled to perform at 9.30pm. All music will be finished by 11pm.

Barnham's an easy village to get to and there will be on-site of parking available. This can be accessed along Church Lane (by the Murrell Arms) and will be clearly signposted. There is also ample parking in the village both at the station and behind the Co-op in the centre of the village. However, why not "let the train take the strain"? Barnham has excellent rail links from all along the South Coast and London. PLEASE DO NOT PARK INCONSIDERATELY AROUND THE VILLAGE.

Murrell's field is located a few hundred yards East of the station in the direction of Yapton.

Tickets are offered on a strictly "first come, first served" basis. Depending on pre-event sales, tickets will be available on the gate. Tickets entitle one adult access to the event. A paying adult may be accompanied by one person under the age of 16 who will need to have a child's ticket. This is essential so we are able to accurately  monitor numbers. Identification which establishes the age of the U16 may be required. If suitable identification is not available at the point of entry, access may be denied or an adult ticket, if available, will need to be purchased.

We've found an excellent catering company who'll be on site selling a range of hot food at great value prices. However, if you'd prefer, please feel free to bring along a picnic for yourselves and your party.

This event is 100% accessible. We have disabled parking at the front of the hall (please access from Yapton Road, making sure you bring your blue badge). From there, it's level, hard-standing access to our patio area, where you and your group will be able to enjoy a great view of the stage. We have disabled toilets available.

Animals are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. For dogs, that means that they must remain on a lead. If you are the owner of an animal creating a nuisance, you will be asked to leave the event.

Entry will be granted to anyone with a valid ticket. Security staff will be available and patrolling the site throughout the evening. Bag searches may be carried out on entry. SafeSavvy will be in attendance for any incidents requiring medical attention.

Alcohol will be available at the event from our licensed bars. THESE WILL BE CASH ONLY. As usual, anyone appearing to be under the age of 25 will be required to present ID to the bar staff that establishes their age for the purposes of alcohol purchase.

We'll be praying for good weather but if the heavens open, don't worry, we've got you covered, literally. There will be space to hide under cover in the community hall. You could always bring a pop-up gazebo to hide under for you and your party.

This event is organised and run by BCT (Barnham Community Trust). All the staff at the event, with the exception of the bands and professional security team, are volunteers. All profits will go straight back into the local community.
